SDN

Software Defined Networking (SDN) allows for real-time call quality information to be captured and analysed from a Lync / Skype for Business network. Once SDN has been set up on an environment the SDN Manager can be configured to post all data to a listening HTTP endpoint. Developers can therefore create applications which include a listening endpoint and receive this information.

Use Cases

Logging call quality. Reacting to sudden changes in call quality. Using call quality data as an indication of how busy a network is.
